Gavin Friday plays Dublin, July 27 and 28

Ireland’s most avant-garde performer, Gavin Friday, performs his new theatrical show, Tomorrow Belongs To Me, in an intimate setting in Dublin for the first time in three years.

Tomorrow Belongs To Me is Gavin’s personal musical / visual tribute to 20th Century German Music, Art, Film and Literature covering a range of varied themes from ‘German Expressionism’ to `Electronica’ and the ‘Gothic’.
For two nights only, Gavin will bring the audience on his own kaleidoscopic musical and visual journey into the extraordinary, giving the select audience an exclusive insight into the mesmerising workings of such a prolific mind.
A consummate live performer, Gavin has created previous sell-out shows, one being Ich Liebe Dich, a twisted and seductive musical theatre tribute to the German composer Kurt Weill. Also a prolific vocalist, artist and composer, Gavin has worked on a range of projects including contributing music to films such as In the Name of the Father,In America, and the 50 cent biopic Get Rich or Die Tryin’in which he collaborated with legendary producer Quincy Jones. Most recently, Gavin has added acting to his wide range of talents with his praised debut screen appearance in Neil Jordan’s Golden Globe nominated movie Breakfast on Pluto.
